Ah, what happen to your ankle? Did you preform the Reverse Career-Ender? XD Seriously though, can you play at 100% now? I am trying to think of a good routine to get in for training different moves.

This night was the birthday of my best friend, had a good time.

Now i finish to read last pages of David's blog, he is one of the greatest and talented footbag players ever, i'm a huge fan of this guy. His videos, his strokes in blog, all of the things he did are always motivate me to play, to develop, to get better. (but for me i'm the laziest one )

Fact, i know that Vasek live in Moscow for two years or something like this, and i never played with him for this time, i think it's not ok and i hope to call him to kick together this autumn, it would be a great experience.

I really hate my english, i can't find time to learn it, maybe my dreams to learn it are not so big for now, but i want to learn it a bit more than few times ago. I have big problems with times, articles, sentence constructions and etc., thanks god that i don't want to learn deutsch, it would be much harder for me than english. I think that blogs reading could be a nice way to practice english

Want to play tomorrow, i'm in waiting for this day, yes, i can play right now, but i know that my legs need to some rest. Two things i need to do now are wash up my room (had to happen once time) and maybe start to repeat irregular verbs. I just wrote this for myself, but.. That's all for today.

I think writing in your blog regularly would be a great way to help you practice your English (which is very good I think).

How about some shred videos in the blog?

Hello!
Had a longest solo session ever, played 3 hours.
Yesterday i made a list with links i want to hit today, it were:

(here are the links i couldn't hit)
:?: Avalanche > ss eggbeater [bs]
:?: Spike hammer - ss dlo [bs]
:?: Ripped warrior - pdx dlo [bs]
:?: Ripper warrior - whirr [bs]

I just hit first two on my strong side, link with avalanche was footed, had some pain in my injured ankle while i tried to do stepping ducking.

Here is the video i've shot 2 years ago
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBSDNQvx ... 8Ir83jKoVw
the first trick was alpine blurry whirl and it was not so hard for me, but now i can't do this :(

And now about good things, about links i've hit:

 pixie duck pickup - alpine smudge [rpt]
 pixie duck pickup - pigbeater [bs]
 pixie duck lo - smog [bs]
 alpine smudge - toe ripwalk - pdx eggbeater [bs]
 pixie duck lo - alpine smear [rpt]
 phoenix - blurry whirl - tomahawk - ps whirl [bs]

I divided the beginning of my session for two parts, first part was with toe components to increase my eggbeaters and illusions:
(when i wrote about contacts i mean "not in a row")
 illusion - ss illusion 20 contacts
 lo - ss lo 20 contacts
 symple lo - symple ss lo - 20 contacts
 symple ss lo x5 [bs]
 smudge - 10 contacts bs

next were:
 eggbeater - 10 contacts [bs]
 dlo - 10 contacts [bs]
 ss dlo > ss dlo [rpt] 10 contacts, 5 for both sides
 same with ss eggbeaters (it's called bubba, right?)

the last part was for clipper components:

 infinity [b2b] - 20 contacts
 ss but - x10 for both sides
 ripwalk - ss but [rpt], - 20 contacts
 step near clip - ss but - 10 contacts
 step near clip x10 [bs]
 ducking but [b2] - 20 contacts
 diving but - ducking but [rpt] both sides
 ducking but - step near clip [rpt] - it was 10 contacts w/o drop

some things i want but couldn't hit:
:?: alpine smudge - pixie flail - toe blur - eggbeater
:?: phoenix - fog

So it's all i wanted to write about my session, i feel that my stamina is going up, but now i have some shit pain in my ankle, but i thinks it's ok after 3 hours of training, bathroom and some rest would be ok :)

Tommorow i want to concentrate at whirls and inspinning tricks

For language learning, I would recommend two places. Lang-8.com. You post articles/journals on their website and native speakers correct it. Reward system is base on points. [IE: Your footblog and have people correct it for you.] For making friends of language learners, try conversationexchange.com. Both are free services, but they do ask for a tips or donations. I recommend them highly.

25.08

The weather was like shit, rain and wind, autumn is coming fast.
I played a bit at my home, just basic 2/3 add tricks, here is the video with funny sick 3.(it was 3-3-3. right?)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tqaqn_7D ... e=youtu.be

At the evening the weather became better, had a short session.
Spent 30 mins for whirl tips, had a run with whirr > barfly, which was new for me, but at 9.25 p.m the dark is coming up and i went to home. Not a good day for footbag, hope tomorrow the weather will be better

 smog > pixie ss dlo [bs]
 pixie ss dlo - smog [bs]
 smog x2 (in a row) [bs]
 plo - smog rpt [bs]
 ss dlo (x7 contacts)
 gyro dlo bs (it was not clean cuz of my shit spins, but it was)
 blender - pdx dlo [bs]

Thank you guys for the comments, did not play last few days a lot cuz of study beginning, but had some sessions with nice links (for me)
run with atomic dlo and pixie egg
bedwetter bsos (never did it since 2012)
pdx egg > pixie egg
pdx dlo - pixie simple lo (looks pretty nice)
stepping ripwalk [footed]
sailing lo

dimwalk > blur > smasher > pixir whirl > blizzard [rpt]
dimwalk > blur > legbeater > sidewalk > blizzard [rpt]
step near clip > sidewalk > step near mirage > tapping mirage > leggbeater (did not hit repeat but i will)
(i like those drills with 3-4 add tricks)
i'll play both days of this weekend. and yeah, finlaly i've got my units and modified them

Image

I have a lot of new subjects in my university, can't say any about this for now, and ofc 2 days of running per week cuz of physical culture lessons, i think (just for me) that running is not ok way for footbag, yeah, it could increase your stamina, but decrease energy and power of your legs, and i can't play footbag few days after running session, (i injured my ankle 2 years ago cuz i went to play footbag after running session, my legs were tired and i fell while trying to hit whirr)

New problem of my game is a prob with my right clipper, my clipper always contact with the ground surface when i do stepping set, its happens cuz my left leg is too weak, and my brains try to find new support to hold my body and keep my balance (unfortunately my brains find clipper as a new footing), now i start to do some exercises for my ankle, to increase ankle muscles, like this: (i always dropped the bag cuz of ricochet while my clipper contact with the ground, i start to do right stepping set is less than earlier, this make me sad all time)

( i do it before sleep )
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxtpOUz8euk[/youtube]

One more thing i want to say is a thing about routines rules, i think it could be like the rules of figure skating, if you want to be a world champion you must be able to hit in your routine some default beastly combos like wgig > wwind > spender or etc ( for example jump combos in figure skating routines axel > axelx2) and any necessarily drills like ruberman (for ex.). I will continue it later, thanks again for your comments guys, hope it was readable (especially part about my clipper, it seems not understandable :D), good night & sweet dreams!

p.s does someone watch "The Strain"? (tv show)

Hi

Had a first training in new units, it was.. it was special
I didn't feel my clipper, my anklebone was blocked by those shoes.
For example a pic of my old units (yellow zone - zone of my clipper in new shoes, red zone - zone, which i still didn't change and i really don't want to cut it now)

Image

Hope tomorrow i'll have a bit better session than today, who knows.

Hey guys, what type of soles do you use for footbag?
Default shoe soles or special soles?
