NineFA Yam! July 4th?

Hello hack-heads! The New York Footbag Ass will be holding our annual yam and we would like to know what dates will work for the most amount of people. Outsider suggested the 4th of July and I thought that was a great idea, some other club members were concerned that the holiday might hold attendance down. What do you'll think? If most people can't do that weekend how would the following weekend sound?

This NYFA jam will be much like our other ones, no comp, relaxed shred, multiple shred locations in some of NYC most wonderful parks, hanging with kitty and of course yams. If we do it on the 4th we can check out some fireworks or do what ever the crowd is into. More info will be trickling out as more people add their input so don't be shy to speak your mind.

Talk to PSU, I think Artsfest Jam is that weekend. Might be wrong, but I'm thinking that is the date.

I miss playing with you guys! I would love to come down! Unfortunately, the New Hampshire team (Oli Simpson, Dave Remillard, and Erik Larson) is busy for the weekend of the 4th. I can do just about anything before August 11th, which is when I head to Sweden and Norway for a month.

After some high-level consultations at the United Nations headquarters, and some top-secret meetings with the mayor in a bunker under city hall, the New York Footbag Association is pleased to announce that we will host our 9th annual summer jam (NyneFa Yams, or something...) on the weekend of August 8 + 9.
