Is this (new) bag possible?

I'm not entirely sure if something like this has been done before, or if it's even feasible, but here goes.

Is it possible to stich a bag like the Oktoberfest design? Sort of like the FC Bayern Munich design blue/white:



Would the diamonds lend themselves to uneven stretching, though?

With alternating rows of blue and white diamonds, we'd end up having to seal the top and bottom with a star type shape. Is something like this doable? I think it'd be awesome.

However, I'm not sure how good an effect you would get on a bag the size of a golf ball.

Interesting concept. I don't think it's ever been done, but ivaniakimenko might be interested at taking a crack at this design.
