Who dreams of footbag?

Post by Jonathan »

I do and sometimes the dreams get a little freaky. Here's an example: I was once in biology class and Kenny Shults was teaching class, but instead of Kenny being in his regular body he was in the body of the principal from Dexter's Labratory. It was strange...

I dream about footbag just about nightly. Mostly because I shred right before bed, but also probably because I am a psycho. In some of them, my brain just tells me feet to do the trick while I'm asleep, so I do. The only bad thing is, I wake up because of the legs are twitching and I have to fall asleep again.

i never really dream about anything sensible or that makes sense. I wish i dreamed about footbag maybe i would get insight and inspiration to practice.

I usually dream about stuff like: I was at the swimming pool and no one else was there. There was this cowboy riding his horse around the outside and lassoed me and pulled me to the deep end and i drowned. See?

I have. Oddly enough, I was dreaming I was doing dada curves, but thats because I'd been working on them so i guess it's fair enough. Unfortunately, it was while I was been driven home and I was actually jerking around a bit in my sleep so now my parents look at me funny. :?

i don't think dreaming of footbag makes you a "true" footbager. the way i see it, if you dream about footbag, it's probably because you had a good sesion that day, or something happened footbag related. i dream about footbag a lot. but i also don't. haha i wonder what the pros would say if they knew other guys were dreaming about them!! lol!

Isn't it spelled "muscles"? And yeah I have dreamed about footbag but I don't every night... it's not the ONLY thing in life although it's right up there with girls and playing my trombone! And yeah actually I've dreamed about all of those haha... never all together though. :(

I wanted to touch on Mike's comment about stretching. It helps hard core. The best thing you can do for your muscles is stretch. A while back there was a string on the footbag.org mailing list about stretching. A doctor and a physician were talking about what would be best for footbag and decided that calf stretch, butterfly stretch, modified hurdlers stretch, and standing double leg, are the most important. If you don't know what those are ask for clairfication in a new string.

I guess to keep this reply appropriate: Uh I dream about really hot chiks running around me throwing footbags at me... does that count?
Keep those legs flailin'!

Two nights ago I had a dream that I kept trying whirling swirl over and over but couldn't hit it becase I was being elbowed in the back by a girl. Crazy. Also I dream about footbag when I take naps and often I wake myself up because my legs twitch has I dream about moves. Especially if Im just about to fall asleep and I think about doing sets. That makes my legs twitch like crazy.
