hi all christof here

me and robin after fighting are going to get a so called "J BAG" i was think all the time that they used sand for their 32 panels but had come to find out that they dont they use beads.

this brings me to ask the question
Is sand better then beads?
can you get him to use sand?
does it really matter?

tell me what you think and prefer

Anyway... Back to it.

Being an Australian and having used both sand and beads, I feel qualified to answer this question.

Basicly... Sand is best for stalling. In fact, the Aurora is the best sand bag in Australia (if not the world). So don't bother going anywhere else for a sand bag, other than Hotpotato Footbags.

Beads do give a better set, though. That is if you spend money and get an excelent bag (like my now deceased Mirken).

Alot of people will tell you to get bead, because it makes you work harder at the stall, and therefor makes you a better player (to some degree). However, I feel, learning the move first is the better option. Work with sand untill you got the basics down. Get all the fundamental moves with a sand bag, then perfect your style with a bead bag.
That's my opinion.
