Sick tricks Jorden!

I had a pretty good session yesterday.

These were all new yesterday:

blizzard (both sides)
flailing toe (both sides)
legbreaker (forgot to try the other side)
pdx whirl (both sides)
*edit* I forgot this one, paradon (both sides)

Penske hit this at CSS, but I think we all called it Triple Over Down (?).

I believe triptodon is triple paradon. I believe triple over down is just triple over down (its probably got some name)

Triptodon: Toe > op out > same out > same out > op clip
Triple over down: Toe > Same out > same out > same out > op clip

Oh, I get it. I always get confused over the difference between the '_____ Double/Over Downs' and the Paradons and all that other crap.

I think that Triptodon is Tappping Double Over Down. The first dex is perferomed as a set and is uptime... With ">>" Job's looks:
Toe > Op Out [DEX] >> Same Out [DEX][XDEX] > Same Out [DEX] > Op Clip [XBD][DEL]
I'm thinking so but maybe I'm wrong.

jani walker:bsos i've hit this so many times now both sides
sunilwalker(sameside): bs
fury:bs
i've hit each trick into phat strings now and many many times.
im attempting all the bigger stuff now.
oh and we have a female phenom. coming up right now.
our last session she hit first time:
symposium mirage
rev. whirl:from toe
ducking clip
she's almost ready for 4adds and she's tiltless
kicking for less than one year.
its really inspiring to watch how the sport is blowing up for everyone right now!!
Woudn't reverse whirl from toe be the same thing as butterfly?

technically yes, but the dex is preformed like a whirl, instead of just going over the bag like a butterfly.

Had a *really* fun shred today. I hit:
- mobius > mobius, straight after learning flip mobius. No kind of seal, though. I could have done it lots better actually.
- and... genuphobia! That's fairy big apple. Floyd hit it first and then I hit it a couple of times few minutes later. Anyone know if this has been hit before?

Chan, what do you mean? I agree with David.. The dex is the same direction as butterfly, and the catch is a clipper (just like a butterfly). So the only difference is that the dex is whirl style.

I agree with you now. Tapping Paradon (I made mistake - Tapping DOD don't exist... It's technically imposible) is called 'Kiwi'.

Greats.

Chan is right. Butterfly and Reverse Whirl aren't technically that same. They are that same only in Job's Notation.

Well technically no...hahaha, just had to say that...But i do have to agree with chan

Honestly, reverse whirl and butterfly are totally different tricks. Look, you can argue all day that the same way a dex is is technically the same trick or not...For example, would you argue a blazing set and a stepping set? One is a whirl set and the other is totally different. Yet, the dex direction is still the same.

So if someone were to say "wouldn't a blazing set from clipper be the same thing as a stepping set from clipper"? The answer would have to be a big fat technical no, because it is definatly not the same and in no way is related at all. Look at atomic ss butterfly and paradon. One is entirely hippy and the other is entirely leggy. Two different tricks with the same dex direction, but totally different.
