Nice Byrin! That's awesome!

I hit ducking barfly today. I think it's called spanish fly. It's such a hard move to hit cleanly, but I think mine was. I wish it was on tape so I could see - but I attacked it really high and I have a pretty fast double down, and it felt clean so I think it was.

Well, I know I've been on this forum for ages, but today was my first time shredding since last July, and I've had knee surgery recently so my muscles in my left leg actually atrophied. So... I'm working on building them up (clippers are nearly impossible on that side, actually). So I'm counting all the moves I hit today as "new moves," and everytime I hit a new one I'll post it. Just treat me as a beginner, because I basically am, what with surgery and all.

-Toe stalls (both sides, fairly well, but my left leg sets are kinda poor - understandable - maybe a week or two and they'll be normal again)
-Clipper stalls (both sides, but left leg is horrible)
-Pixie (both sides - surprised me, didn't think I'd be able to dex at all with my left leg)
-Mirage (good side, will work on flip side this next week)
-Butterfly (good side, no way I can get flip until I school clippers a LOT)
-Legover (both sides, but flip side is clearly poor)

Didn't try ATW's, but I know I can get one with my good side. I tried a Smear (good side) and had it on my toe but couldn't seal it. Oh well. I'll be having a LOT of work to do not only with footbag, but also rehabilitating my knee. It's going to be impossible for me to be patient for all of this. Keep supporting me please. Anyways, so that's what I got today.

What happened to your knee? How long ago did it happen? What sorts of things were you hitting before your accident?

I don't know what I would do if something should happen to one of my legs... probably plead for insanity and get locked up somewhere.

B-Man: I tore my ACL back July 19th at 2:30 in the morning skateboarding while my parents were out of town. I'm still in therapy for it, after having ACL reconstruction therapy December 18th. Sucks ass. But I learned a lot of life lessons from it, actually. The sort of things I was hitting. I was working on making my butterflies stronger, and working on three add moves and double dexes and TRIALS. My love was trials. Now I can't even do trials till July or I'll run a risk for re-tearing my ACL. Can't have that, now can I?

Hmmm since my post earlier I did try ATW's, and I hit them both directions with both sides, but obviously my left one was poor and uncontrolled.

My god just take it easy on the leg. Whatever you do dont overstrain it, if you need to the time out do it. Its better to loose a couple of monthes rather than the rest of your life.

Good luck

edit:
-Blurry Whirl (flipside)
-Terrage (flipside)

Yeah I know what you mean... but footbag has been calling for 9 months!

Hit pickup (both sides)
dragonfly (both sides.. really too dangerous to try again for now)
walk over (good side)
attempted hop over and nearly killed myself NOT trying that again for a while.

Woop woop! New trick! I shall call it "Touch of Death"

Basically what it is, is a Torque but you land in a small pothole forcing you to roll your ankle whilst hearing it crunch like celery.

Fortunately, I escaped with VERY minor injuries (despite the crunching and rolling of the ankle) and all is well now :)

Haha, that post was funny even though I feel sorry for you. Hope you're alright. Damn potholes. The transportation service should get up on that soon!
