Footbag Trivia Version 2
Kaos lives in the footbag.org archives, so naturally, he won.
Good Job.

A couple thoughts:
1. Ask Rob to make this a sticky.
2. Remind everybody you are quite generously offering a footbag as the prize.
3. Either completely start fresh, or only count the responses from the previous thread starting after you offered the prize.
4. The way the scoring worked in the previous thread was this way:
(everything following is a quote of Rob)
Person A asks a question, for every WRONG answer before the right answer, person A gets 1 point. So you don't want to guess all willy nilly to help them. Incorrect guesses of the bonus question get person A NO extra points.
Instead of playing for a month, we will play to 25 points. That ammount may be altered depending on the overall speed in which points are accumulated.
Any bag makers who want to donate a prize, or anyone in general who's feeling generous can go ahead and add to the total prizes. PM me so I have a record of your kindness that you can't erase
Scenario:
Person A asks a question. Person B guesses incorrectly. Person C guesses incorrectly. Person D has the correct answer and the answer to the bonus question. Person E guesses incorrectly.
Person A is awarded 2 points. Person D is awarded 2 points.
Person D asks a question. Person B answers correctly but does not answer the bonus question.
Person B recieves 1 point.
Etc...
How does this sound? We can start all over if you like.

That sounds great! (DID I GET THE FIRST QUESTION RIGHT?)C-Fan wrote:How does this sound? We can start all over if you like.
Well if that wasn't really the first question I suppose I'll ask one.
In the video Raw Shred there were only 2 pixie setting moves hit...
What were they?
BONUS: Who hit them?

My Apologies.
Upon further review of the tape. I must rephrase my question. I'm not sure how the judges want to handle this....
Either way the correct answers have not yet been given.
In "Raw Shred" there were 3 pixie setting moves hit by 4 people.
i.e. one of the moves was hit by 2 different people.
What moves were they?
BONUS: Who hit them (the name of either of the 2 people who hit the same move is acceptable)?

OK, some thoughts and a clarification.
1. Trivia threads are great, it`s a fun way for people to learn more about the sport`s history.
2. I think this thread will only work if it is organized. As of now, the points are being incorrectly tallied. The way it worked in the last thread, was that you would receive one point for answering the main question, and if you also answered the bonus question correctly, you would get an extra point. Then it is your turn to ask a question. For every wrong answer given to your question, you receive a point.
Example:
Ken: Who makes Devil Brew beer? Bonus: where does he live?
Poster 1: Brad Kaplan.
Poster2: Josh Penney
Poster 3: Sebastien Duschesne. He lives in Montreal.
In this situation, Ken would receive 2 points, because 2 wrong answers were given to his question before a right answer was. Poster 3 would also receive 2 points, since he answered the main question, and also got the bonus. Poster 3 would then ask the next question.
3. In the past thread, I asked a question and neglected it. My question was: `who has won 2nd place at worlds the most?`. Tu Vu said it was a tie between Scott D and Greg Nelson, and that they had both won 4 times. Factually, this is correct, but still not the correct answer. I just wanted to clarify that both Greg and Scott have taken 2nd 4 times a piece though, and that Tu knows his stuff.

If I'm wrong, could you help EVERYONE out by saying how many I got correct (if any), to help nail it down. The possibility of combinations of three Pixie moves are petty large, and for those of us who are just guessing, we'll be here for ever.
It might pay to drop some hints.
