Nice tiltless runs. Looks like you're connecting moves pretty well now. Think about how cool it would be if you could substitute those clippers for butterflies! Good job man.

Torque > Torque

Smear > symposium mirage > symposium pixie > symposium pixie > butterfly > paradox mirage > butterfly > paradox mirage (drop)

Magellen > symposium mirage > butterfly > paradox mirage > butterfly > paradox mirage > dimwalk > nothing

Those were my best of today :)

derek and i kicked tonight, but when i got home i had this second wind and decided to try and get some bsos combos i had been working on earlier.
bedwetter bsos
pig beater bsos

the other day i was schooling eggbeaters and dlos and had a great bsos run, but the links were pretty crappy.
eggbeater, dlo, pdx eggbeater, pdx dlo (all both sides, all same string)

Had a crappy session at school but hit:

Toe>Op Butterfly>Mirage>Pixie>Legover>Mirage

Not too bad I guess. I'm really one-sided now since I'm having a hard time rehabilitating my left leg, and I'm worried it might negatively affect my playing.

From what I can tell, only your clippers seem one sided.

Keep it up!

No.. actually I can't really dex with the left leg... Mirage isn't the same motion (at least not for me) as Pixie is. It's just REALLY sore trying to break up the scar tissue postop now, and I can't do those motions.

Just played to see if I could incorporate Smear (which I just hit) into a run...

Smear>Mirage>Pixie

Ryan, like I told you on AIM - that string is PHAT. I'd try it but um... I can't do legovers flipside without pain in my leg, so I'm staying away from them for a little while. Actually I also have problems landing on my weak leg for mirages too. But not butterflies. It's interesting, I have all these various problems on ONE leg because of ONE accident. Oh well.

I guess as far as I go I was schooling a drill today... Pickup>Legover. Only one side and I only sealed it once, but it improved both my pickups and my legovers. Once I get it on that side I'll work the other but seriously, man those legovers hurt... I think where my graft is from surgery is being affected or something... like stretched out. I dunno whatever. But yeah dude Ryan me and you have to shred in the next few weeks and then chill and see a movie or something.

Byrin, practice atom smasher> atom smasher [repeat as many times as possible]
legbeaters are easier than atomsmashers, since there are fewer hip twists, so if you can get them down makes the legbeaters much easier.
tell us when you hit it.

Yeah, I'm working on my Atom Smashers as well :) I was never really good at them to begin with (because of all the hip twisting action involved) but I'm starting to get the hang of it now. I'm hoping to hit the Rubberman drill by Sunday.

The clock starts now :!:

Team Ace Footbag had a weird session today. First we did a demo for a cheap arse tv show - live. Fuck that's some pressure. I think Dan and I were both happy with our performances - Lynton just talked. We didn't hit anything amazing but we did ok length runs. The only biggish move was pixie warrior - which isn't really that big. Still it's good to be able to hit a five on demand like that :D

Then we kicked lots - I was feeling pretty tired so focused on combos. Here are some of the my highlights.

Blurry drifter>pdx torque
Blury whirl>ps whirl
Blurry whirl>blurrier
ripwalk>fog>dimwalk>fog - about time too - I've been trying to hit fog bsos for soooooo long.

I also broke my consec smear record - it's now 34 and I broke my weakside record as well - now 11.
