I don't think this is such an obscure question that clues are really necessary. I mean if you're just guessing then you're just guessing and you don't "know" the answer. I mean it's not like I asked who invented the "triple spinning kick".
Since the Bonus question doesn't give me any points I'll give you the answer to it and who knows if that will help anyone with the real question.

Filled with Volcanic Ash From Mt. Saint Helen which erupted 24 years ago today May 18th, 1980. It was called the "Ashey Sack" and it currently resides in the collection of Jim "Pop" Warner.
