how do you make a 4 panel bag how do you figure out how big to make the panel and all the measurement?? I tried it but my bag didnt come out looking too well..i made another and its nice but i need to know how to make a 4 panel please?

running stitch, and practice. Try different variations of stitch length, until you find one you like. Size, depth of stitch, etc. all the same thing. Also check out the footbag peace initiative website, i think they give a pretty good tutorial if i recall.

I just started making my own footbags like a month ago, and I learned so much!! At first I didn't know anything. Now i have like 20 patterns that are different sizes and different kinds to make footbags. I know how to stitch good and everything. My first few were just warmup and after that it got fun.
