You have absolutely no freedom of speech rights on the this forum. First, freedom of speech is an american concept and simply does not apply to most of the countries in the world. Therefore it cannot be applied to the internet in general, as there is no guarantee that the server you are currently inhabiting is in the United States as opposed to Zimbabwe.
Second, freedom of speech only applies to public things. You have the right to go to a courthouse and protest something. The courthouse is government-owned, and a public facility. You do not have the right to go to somebody's house and protest their existence. Their land is privately owned, and they can have your ass tossed in jail for trespassing. The NS forum is hosted on a private server - not a US government owned public server. That means that any actions taken against your free speech are completely justified, as you have no rights.
If you have been on the internet for more than a couple days and haven't realized this yet, then you are either very lucky or very stupid. Many people are idiots. This is an undeniable fact. If you let the idiots take over, they will. Personally, I prefer having rules and enforcement of the rules, because it means I don't have to deal with the idiots. (Hint: I think you are an idiot)
