I'm back!!

hey guys i just wanted to let you all know that im playing footbag again. i know most of you probably didnt even know i stoped but thats ok. i had some grade issues then i got kinda bored with it for a while (kicking by yourself everyday can sometimes do that) then i had a pretty serious knee injury. it seems to be all better now and i played for the frist time today since shorty after spring break. it feels great to be back. hope to shred with you guys soon.

I too only kick by myself and i was discouraged one. but once u go guiltless its better. try hittin one new move every session.

I'm finding that it helps to just change the music every sesion, and go for something new. It doesn't even have to be a new trick, but a new link or longer run work wonders for my attitude.
