Acutally, you want a link directly to the movie (so it is caching the video instead of the webpage.)

For your stepping sets, you want to work on setting the bag more vertically and moving your leg over the bag rather than pulling it through with your setting leg. For the swirl, you want to make sure that the bag does not go too far to the side and that you are coming directly over it with your dexing leg.

Props on the new moves! Swirl is one of the funnest!!
Wise words from Mike Hansen.
Constructive criticism: both moves are extremely the. The double legover was more of a shooting set same toe stall.
Try to set the bag and then dex as the bag is falling. The same applies to stepping and shooting sets, set the bag and then dex (the sets are uptime, but you still have to release the bag before you dex).
I find it really hard to tell if my swirls are clean until I watch a video of myself afterward. Slowmotion helps, because sometimes you still can't tell completely in real time. Also very important for swirl: set and then dex. I've seen lots of half-dexed swirls because the bag was "rolled" rather than set (even if the bag is completely clean under the dexing leg it's still slurry if it's "rolled").

Work to hit them clean now and later you will hit them naturally clean (sorry for coming off so harsh).
