Hello Footbag and Juggling Community:
Long story short, Animal is okay (physically) but lost everything he owns in a
house fire.
He is receiving help with basic needs by people in his immediate vicinity
(Eugene, OR).
Jeff lost EVERYTHING, including his juggling apparatus, footbag collection, and
associated memorabilia from the last 20+ years. As you can only imagine, the
Animal is pretty low right now.
Becca English-Ross (footbagger and juggler in Eugene) has come up with a great
idea for lending a hand in lifting Jeff's spirits. If you want to participate,
read on...
Please note, the emphasis here is on Quality, NOT quantity.
If you have something in your juggling/footbag collection - a picture, a prop,
a footbag, a tourney/festival t-shirt, a club, a ring, a bean-bag... one thing
that is SPECIAL TO YOU and with which you have some association with Jeff, fill
out the attached form and send it to address provided below.
We want to gather gifts and messages and then give them to him ASAP.
PLEASE fill out the attached form - we'll take all of the messages that you
write and put it in a decorative, fire-proof notebook as a group gift.
(Feel free to print it out and be creative - use crayons, let your dog walk on
it, sew stuff to it, etc.)
