Important Reminders for Worlds

Hey players,

If you haven't been keeping up with the Worlds website, please go now! If you haven't read the website, READ THE WEBSITE. There's lots of important info to help you during the week, and to save you from impotence and starvation. I've been getting a lot of emails lately asking questions that are clearly answered on the website- like where to buy weed and cigarettes if you're under-age (kidding)- and I've tried to make everything easy to find; all you have to do is take 30 minutes to look around and you'll know everything there is to know about Worlds and Montreal (except the secret/in-progress stuff).

Important reminders:

*Registration deadline is July 06. That's really soon, and there's only about 10 intermediates and 35 pros registered in freestyle. Please, PLEASE, if you are coming to Worlds, go REGISTER NOW. If you don't want to compete, please support the event by registering anyway, as we are just doing our best to break even at this point.

*Overseas travellers should read the Transit page for updated info on getting to and from Mirabel airport, which admittedly is quite difficult. Domestic and US flights will arrive at Trudeau airport, and all pertaining info is on the Transit page as well.

*Tickets for the FINAL SHOW can be purchased online, and are only $10 (CAD). If you register, then admission is free. If you are determined to not register, please buy a ticket for yourself now, since we will be very busy all week, and it will only complicate our lives if people are coming up to us at random times asking for tickets. Another consideration, if you are bringing non-players (family, friends, etc) you should go ahead and get tickets for them now, or refer them to the Tickets page on the Worlds website. The Finals is going to be a big show! Don't miss it.

*Lastly, remember the ADVISORY page. All that info will make your visit much more enjoyable.
