spin help

Post by Fu Xi »

I believe that adding some spinning to my strings will help me be more controlled and of course have longer strings. I made a short vid here to see whats wrong...

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Oh yea, the strings and stuff from today will be made into a vid soon.

You're lifting your whole body up, then throwing it back down. Use more leg work to lift the bag instead of your whole body. Also, for now (this may change later and with different moves) plant your set foot sooner so it can help you get the spin around.

Don't forget that little "hop" when doing the clipper delay. It's much harder to spin quickly and spot the bag without it.

I think this is a neat idea. Show footage of how not to do a move to learn how to do it....

The set looks decent, you just need to be confident spotting the bag. You need to be able to focus on the bag as soon you turn you're head. Also you're body weight/balance is off after the spin.

Only 1000 more attemps and you'll have it!! :D
