No, it's actually an advert for the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) which was the train I was on.

I sure hope dexter unleashes some of his 1000MPH whirlwinds at world's, that'll be some sight!

back on topic: I havn't seen Dexter do many Ps whirl variations.. shame really as he has a very POWERFUL style.
