That sounds awesome! I wish they would air a report or something over here as well, but I doubt they will. Good job, whoever arranged this one.

While it would have been very impressive if Poland won, I imagine it would have quite difficult for them to do it. I didn't even consider that they might win going into the game, which was incidently between Portugal and Greece :P

hey,
if there was a rule that the winner of the tournament had to play the last team they lost to to keep the cup .... then Greece would now be playing Poland

because the last game Greece played before going into the tournament was Poland, and Greece lost 1-0 to Poland

so there take that

::edit:: to stay on topic .... will their be any footage from the demo?

Actually, they lost to Russia during the tournament too..

But hey, did anyone see any footbagging in swiss or wherever they were going to show it? They didn't show it here in Finland. What about the players that attended - how was it?

Poland didn't play in Euro this year (Poland did'nt play on Euro never) my dear friend.
But: Ju? za cztery lata, ju? za cztery lat Polska b?dzie mistrzem ?wiata :D
That mean's that Poland will be World Champion in 4 years' (what is imposible, because WC are for 2 years )

the swiss tv couldn't film the footbag show because the got troubles with the swiss football association and had to leave portugal! maybe you heard about this spittle-story with this swiss player "alex frei". but however they got filmed by a german sport channel (DSF) and some other portuguese media stations.
