Volcano cakes are a spongy chocolate cake thats filled with chocolate sauce. You throw it into the microwave and boom in like 30 seconds hot delicious cake with hot fudge all over it. By the way Ramen is awesome I have like 20 packs in my cabinet.

My favorite microwave snack is heating up creamed corn and then putting ground up stone wheat crackers into it. WALLAH... scalloped corn. Like christmas all over again. *drools*

When some materials are heated and then suddenly cooled, they harden. Is it possible that could happen to foods ?

when your food is hot and you blow on it does it turn to rock? no what he means is that after your down cooking it in the microwave then you should cool it for 5 secs it won't make it hard.

I know what you're saying, but say the blast of air cooled the food very quickly in the 5 seconds... quicker than food would cool if you merely blew on it ?
