Yeah you have to upload the picture to a website first (there are lots of free uploading sites if you look around, or you can pay $10 and join the International Footbag Players Association and support world footbag - you also get free space at the IFPA website - http://www.footbag.org where you can upload vids and pictures!)

you then add the picture to a post like this
