In intermediate shred 30, do you use music while doing your 'routine'?

there is music played, but its just random. you dont play to the music, you just go.

Thanks, I knew that you didn't base your shred around the music. But I wasn't sure if you bring your own stuff, or what the music situation is.

They play random stuff? Man, that would distract me if I liked the song or something haha.

Usually, it's just a continuous stream of techno or hip-hop music and they call your name when your on deck, and then when it's your turn...you just go out on center stage, start when your ready and they'll start the 30sec timer on your first real trick. this year at world's, intermediate rules will be the same as for open. usually they have a good choice of music that most people can get a grove on to for shredding. Awesome, thanks Jane. Although I've watched many many shred 30 video's before, I'm still trying to get an understanding of how the process kind of works.

ya im sure those beats will be "fresh". I cant wait to be at worlds and see how the whole competition is played and to see everyone do their very best.

Yeah it's going to be such a good vibe I think, competing with (not against in my opinion) with your footbag peers. I can't wait to compete!

Thanks Ellis, but I know the rules. I'm just trying to get a feel for how everything works kind of "behind the scenes" and stuff, if you get what I mean.
