Star Wars vs. Star Trek

Alright, who do you think is more technologically advance and who would whoop who's ass?

Me and Colin were up untill sometime around 3:30am lastnight and spent a bit of time discussing this. He claims Star Wars, I claimed Star Trek. But I think I might be leaning a bit towards Star Wars now.

Don't let Star Wars' crappy film quality (Episodes 3-5) fool you.

And the answer to your question is "no", we were both sober.

hahaha well i think it was an interesting topic. It was mostly the subject of being technologically advanced and not so much ass whopping but then the subject got turned completly around and we begain arguing over who would kick whos ass!

Well, Star Wars has The Force, which is unique from and cooler than anything going on in Star Trek (though perhaps it could be compared to Counselor Troi's empathy, but she sucks anyway).

But then, it turns out the The Force is merely a symptom of a microbial infection. Yuk! (and really lame. Turns out, the worse your infection, the more powerful you are in the ways of The Force. Thats just stupid.) So Jedis could potentially lose their powers if they take anti-biotics for any STDs they pick up in a wreched hive of scum and villany, or that fungal infection they got while doing hand-stands in some swamp.

I'd say "May The Force be with you," but now that I think about it thats like saying "may you become infected with some microscopic organism." So instead I'll just say "Live long and prosper."

Not necessacarily. The jedi could do a strong enough move object and stop the ship or hurl it out into deep space... or call a sun to destory it.

its from episode one when ben did that blood test thing to anakin. its not so much an infection, its just like how some people have more white blood cells then others. jedi's have more of these(i forget what they're called) then other people.

rofl. jordie is so cool. and when he isn't doing Star Trek he does such cool shows like reading rainbow, and wrote this really good futuristic novel that I love. Jordie is so cool.
