No, I do it downtime. I set the bag and pivot a little on the foot that is still planted. Then, after the bag reaches its peak, I do the miraging legover! The pdx dlo...or whatever it's called. :D

Hit something new today it was either muted tapping butterfly or just a paradon. It felt like it both dex's flowed together, but there might have been a pause. Wish I had a camera.

I think you'd want it to be a muted tapping butterfly. Otherwise, it is an ugly paradon ;-]

I was trying for tapping butterfly, but from my point of view it looked more like a paradon.. ill work on it some more and see what i can do with it.

ducking PS eggbeater ! josh ur a nut.. thats hardcore

i played on my bung leg yesterday... made it hurt more butmaybe not as bad as last week... i hit toe dlo>ss dlo rpt and butter>clip dlo>ss dlo rpt
and some weak stepping progress after rethinking my technique.. hit stepping clipper and sidewalk into blur on my flipside, and 2 consec sidewalks flipside which was nice
