Worlds - Survey

What are you most looking forward to at World's? Is it the partying, competing, meeting people, plain old shredding? I know it's a little late to ask this question as many people are already traveling and such, but oh well.

For me, competing in the intermediate shred 30 is really exciting, but doesn't come close to how stoked I am to hopefully meet people that I talk to on here and shred with them. Put a face to the name, get to know the "real" them, and make some new friends in the footbag community. That's what it's all about...

I am most looking forward to sitting at home or at work, anxiously waiting for news on what going on at worlds, what people are hitting etc., and for the first videos to come out...

Several things I'm eagerly awaiting:
- actually *being* in Canada. I went once about 12 yrs ago, and I've only heard really positive feedback from friends.
- competing in doubles freestyle
- seeing US/Canadian shredders that I met in Europe and havn't seen since.
- meeting/shredding with people I havn't met before (footbaggers or not).
- partying in Montreal

- just getting 5 days holidays is nice too.

Funny, you read my mind. I was going to post this same thing yesterday.

I am most looking forward to watching the shred sessions and meeting tons of new people. There is so much awesome shred coming out of Europe and I am finally going to witness it first hand.

I was able to kick with Ales at Chilly Philly and I felt like I was watching him hit things that no one on earth had any business hitting. Now I will get to be in a place where there are dozens of players just like that. I can't wait to see Pete and Sunil busting shit up. I'm truly interested to watch Ricky and Penske and Justin D.

The two players I'm most interested to watch are Ken Somolinos and Vasek. Ken is always fun and amazing to watch, he's like a tiny ball of chaos in perfect order, and Vasek is...well he's Vasek.

Then there are all the people from Modified and everywhere else that I'll get to shoot the shit with over the course of the week. It's like being a little kid in a candy store.

And of course there're old friends that I never get enough time to hang out with during the weekend tournaments.

My brain is starting to overload....gotta go.

I have a couple reasons...
-plain old shred
-see freestyle and net competitions
-meet people in person and not online
-see if I can communicate with real french-speaking people with my 4 years of it, but just incase I can't, they speak English too
-see the Northern Lights if it's possible
-travel through new states and over the border
-buy alcohol just to say, "Hey I bought alcohol and I am only 18."

hopefully ill be sitting home waiting for Worlds updates.. but also watching all the new videos i should be receiving soon
