ANOTHER Worlds Survey

Post by Posi-Cole »

Simple question ..

Who do you WANT to win open freestyle and open shred 30? Not who do you think is going to win, but if you had to pick someone, who would you want to win? (Please refrain from saying yourself).

Personally I would like Lon Smith to win, because I love his style and he seems like a cool guy.

I can't find where I just saw it, but Nick Laroche posted saying that Lon was already in Montreal.

As for who I want to win.

Peter Irish for Freestyle. He's so good at putting together a "Routine" rather than a 2 minute shred.

Jon Schneider for Shred 30.

i hope to see Vasek win all events again.. well actually i want very much for the French Connexion to win the Doubles Finals... they deserve it more than anyone
i want Vasek to win cos id like to see him just devastate the competition for like the next however many years, and just keep pushing the boundary further and further ahead... and get his hatrick of routine victories

I'd like to see Dan Ednie win something (because he's Australian) or I'd like Derek Vandall to win an event because he is a really good shredder.

Vasek is going to own all... but Id like to see bevier or pete win routines. Both of them create killa routines. I especially liked bevier's at EC finals, the judges would definately eat that up at worlds

I don't know if he'll win, but I'd like to see Johnny Muphy get in the top 5 in Routienes and Shred 30.
He's one of the top Australiasian representitives.

GO JOHNNY!

I'd like to see Vasek win in singles (everything) and Fred and Max win in doubles.

The reason for this is that those three people are clearly the best in their respective disciplines. Nobody can come close to what Fred and Max do in doubles and nobody can come close to what Vasek does in singles.

I think the judging in Prague with Max and Fred coming last in finals is the worst judging decision in sporting history (worse than the decision to suspend John Coleman in 1951 for four matches after his altercation with Harry Casper in the semi final against Carlton when the reporting umpire said it was self defence - almost certainly costing Essendon a premiership and certainly not helping relations between the two clubs).

So I really hope that the judges decisions reflect the best players in that catorgary.

I would like to see one of my favorites when some sort of worlds event sometime (trials run event anyone?)... Allan Haggett or Chris Pinkus!

But this year, I suppose I'd like to be ASTONISHED by a Vasek run.
