He was there. He just didn't play any footbag. At least I and anyone else I know didn't see him play there. The only thing I saw him playing were the records while dj'ing at the moonfisher cafe reggae afterparty thingy

I heard it was a close call between me and Honza. To me it never was surprise that Honza won me. My routine was pretty much an illusion. While Honza's routine was well planned, difficult and had variety of different elements and concepts, mine pretty much was wrapped up in a week. It had alot of flaws. I kicked alot. I held the bag in toe alot. The crowd was so loud that I couldn't hear music, so I ended too early. Honza had alot more contacts than me overall and because the variety of tricks, his routine was alot harder than mine. So, to me it's clear why Honza could drop two times more and still win, and the gap between us should've been maybe bigger :) What I don't get is why Honza won due a better artistical performance, because in my humble opinion, artistical performance was all what my routine was about :) The music and the way I used the tricks made it look harder, hopefully the judges did see through that and give me points in artistical performance, not in difficulty. Well anyway, it was the right decision, no whining about that. Honza deserved his rightfully place at 2nd and I'm so, so happy to be 3rd, it was more than I could've hoped, so I'm just correcting some minor detail, don't get me wrong :) Judges worked great overall imho.

jackpot may be cool, but the fact is spinning symposium dex x3 isn't as cool as vasek's winning combo at euros. But what do I know these guys are super heros, its like saying being faster than a speeding bullet is better than jumpping a building with a single bound.

Euro's were absolutely fabulous. I find it was very well organized for the players, even though one could always think of one or two extra details. Real shred paradise with loads of bagging and killer parties. I noticed a couple of flaws in the spectator part, but the heck with that, everybody still got to enjoy it to the max! The atmosphere was truly wicked and I bet footbag in Denmark made a lot out of the games.

I was judging freestyle and I placed Mouseman first regarding artistic - it was one of the most impressive routines I have ever seen, with an excellent choice of music and hard tricks dialed to the beat. The competition was quite fierce in the finals in general, but the results luckily mirror what happened for the most part. I was also glad to see Estonia in the finals for the first tima (Ilja Mitrofanov ranked 7th). All in all, the finals show was superb, but it ended up being way too long for the audience. Partly because the net finals lasted for an hour or more).

Love out and I am sooo bad looking forward to Worlds 05 in Helsinki. Noone should miss events of that scale.

Yeah, go Estonia. Ilja is my new favourite player to watch. He's got the smoothest style in the whole world....
Euros was great fun. The atmosphere throughout the whole tournament was amazing.... Everybody was happy and smily from morning till .... ahemm.. morning!! Love you all. Can't wait for next year...

yep, they just didnt show up

karim had bad luck in semifinals and was beaten by ali.
reni didnt play routine due to injury but was in the shred final (on the list at least)
and nadine was there but didnt compete.

yeah, the swiss certainly didn't pass through unseen!!
Monday morning there was a huge picture of Sevi Fischer on the 3rd page of one of the country's biggest newpapers (in my eyes the ONLY newspaper to read!) along with a couple of smaller pics and a short article about the finals in the Grey Hall....
