Worlds Countdown - 5 Hours 1 mins

worlds have already started for me

tonight was one DAMN good night (the first of many). let me tell you the events of my night:

got to "place-des-arts" at around 7:30 ish.. as i was walking up the stairs, to my lovely suprise i saw; vasek, ales, honza, yacine, ellis, jim penske, tuukka, ville, kolo, ianek regimbald, nick laroche, james mccullough, caro, patricia...and many many more whos names have slipped my mind.
i was in a blissfull daze for a good 30 minutes... so i just sat and watched...once i got up and began to shred... i hit blur for the 3 time... and preceded to hit it mid-string on a couple of occasions (which i was happy about).
after the shred... the majority of us went to get some pizza...where the finns ate a "jumbo" sized pizza ...each....
i had a great night and i'm so excited for the nights to follow... when more people arrive and i can meet MORE amazing people... hope to see you all soon

someone should start a worlds footblog
where everyone who is at worlds can post about what went on and what they saw.

Just got finished making my modified.ca shirt that I will be wearing at least one of the day at worlds.

So someone changed the time to too few hours. I changed it back a few hours because I think we're basing it on David's 2pm EST arrival in Montreal.

If you see someone with a white soccer jersey (more specificaly the French team's AWAY white jersey) with "MAXXX" written on the back in blue letters, there's a good chance that's me.
Fred has one with "FRED" on the back and Pierre (the guy who makes vids with Fred) has one with "Marlon Dude" on the back.

Yeah, ditto to what claudia said. Lots of fun, crazy shred sessions. I remember getting completely outclassed in a circle of vasek, ales, penske, and me (one of these things is not like the other..). Im not going to spoil any combos that were hit yet

but it was pretty intense. First time i kick with Penske, hes so good and fast, that crazy style of his is awesome!

Party afterwards, i didnt stay too late though. Im fucking stuck in work today tired/sick until 6pm, so no hanging out/shredding for me today

I cant wail till everyone gets here!

I do believe the weather gods are going to be smiling upon us for Worlds.

7 day forecast from weathernetwork.com is looking good:

Lows of 16-17 and highs of 22-30, with sun forecasted all through Thursday.

ahhh!!!! I just finished my shirt, it says CCFC capital city footbag club on the front (my new avatar but bigger) with my name SEATH on the back... Look out for it!!!

I just got back from the bus station too, got my bus ticket and everything, IM SUPER STOKED NOW, cant wait till monday.. yes monday.. ah well, monday ahhh!!!!!

Just cleaned out the shagon wagon and got her all ready to go. Going shopping here soon for food and drink necessities. Hopefully the uqam has some the necessary equpment to cook.

I leave for Montreal in 2 and a half hours, yes we are leaving at 5 a.m.
I can't sleep not only because I have worlds on my mind, but also because dave (clavens) is snoring like a freakin beast. I can't believe that someone can snore that loud, but whatever. I started fake snoring as loud as I could just to see if I could wake him up and make him stop, but no he just keeps on snoring. I'm not gonna be able to fall asleep, its just not gonna happen. Oh well

No, but seriously, I'm gonna tell him when he wakes up that if he snores like that when we are in Montreal I'm either gonna slap him while he is sleeping or make him get the hell out of the room
