Shawn footbag log

Post by tuomoruutufan »

ok so 3 weeks ago i found a somewhat cheap 12 panel sandbag at the mall its feel surprised me due to the amount of circle kicking and 2and out i have been playing since junior high. I bought it and started doing some tricks that always seemed ridiculously hard or imposible with a hippie bag.

So i did a search on the internet and discovered footbag.org. and bam i have gone into full blown freestyle. Its been 3 weeks since i have first realized this stuff even exists and im already doing right side clippers left clipper kicks (poorly but workin on it) Atws pendulums both sides, flying clippers, and working hard on my mirage. This has also turned into my weightloss plan becuase i happen to be 40lbs overweight

i have started a group to try and find people in my area to kick with. One really cool guy who can string 3 adds and bust a few 4 adds is teaching me alot and lent me some sweet vids. if your in the south suburbs of chicago check my yahoo group page out http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/SSSchicago/

Hopefully that will help get some more people out shreddin in my area.

im gonna keep schooling both sides of my basic freestyle moves. And i cant wait to get my mr. sandbags in the mail and planning on placing my order for lavers.

i want to say thanks to footbag.org and thanks to john mahood came across his site and his vids are great. there impressive and have learning value nice close up slowmos of the basic freestyle tricks.

my goals are to be guiltless by winter im not sure if thats far or under fetched. And always schooling both sides.

feel free to chime in on my journal for any advice or links to some good sites.
