i gave the video a 6... it was really good.. but what is the point of giving 10s away .. it would mean that if a really amazing online video came out then there would be no special way of giving it the props it deserves.

this video had good editing.. it could have used some gamma tweaking.. the music selection was excellent in my oppinion.. the part at the end with multiple players was a 7.5 see votex for an 8.3 of that.

i wouldnt go so far as to say this is one of the best videos online..

have you guys seen many online footbag video?!?! erik chan? hackrules? allan hagget css vids? like water 2?!??!?! flipsider ?!?! some of those footbag.jp videos are INSANITY.. all the colors... mmmm

just sticking up for the 6ers..

who ever gave it a 1 was probly just being dumb tho...

I have close to 500 online footbag vids (from single tricks, to much, much longer pieces) that I've accumulated over the past 7 or 8 months, along with older ones (stuff of yours, Sam; other stuff), I've seen examples of everything you've mentioned, and I really think this shines. While there are vids I personally enjoy more, I just thought overall that this was a good long video. There are some long videos I've seen that are shred, shred, shred, and more shred. Throughout the movie, the feel of it changes dramatically, and attention is paid to practically every part. At no point am I feeling bored by just watching great players link huge moves. There's variety -- the Paul Mestas juggling, the shots from various other players, the four square bit. While people can say that the ending was confusing, I thought it went well with the music which was, well, hectic and loud. It went with the subtle transition throughout the movie.

The only thing I thought that could have been done better was less focus on 3 or 4 players -- Peter Irish, Jim Penske, etc.

You'll have to forgive this, as I was a little innebriated when I watched this for the first time, but when Ryan's section started up, the combination of the darkness of my moniter (it's broken, and fading ever so slowly into blackness), Ryan's awesome shred, and the way that there seemed to be a spotlight of sorts on him...

To the point, I thought that he was some sort of footbag god who had descended from the heavens to destroy us all. When I woke the next morning, the very first thing that went into my head was 'woah.. did I really see some diety hit consecutive barraging whirrs?'

Turns out I didn't. But Ryans shred and the video in general were great.

I now tried 13 different progs and there still remains this jump at the beginning (among these there were several dvd authoring tools and the mplayer new beta (win console edition)).
It's quite stupid since it's the only song I like in this vid and several progs don't just skip the part but crash completely (I tried it with mplayer on 3 computers btw).

You may want to fix that, if not, please tell me which format it is, so I may cut it (I want to show it to some friends here (If you'd allow that)).

I also didn't give the vid 10 points, because I still don't like some parts. There are noisy grainy parts (even if there wasn't the possibility to avoid them, you could use some anti-noise-filtering); colours could be somehow increased in hue; the bag highligthing doesn't seem to follow a rule, because there are sporadic sequences with it; the go-penske ad-ticker sucks and the scenes change way too fast at some points (I'd also like to see some smooth fades between the different song parts and not blacks with the songtitle). But regarding the remaining aspects of the movie I find it great (especially the composition aspect)

i would just like to note for people that haven't realized it, The 1-800-GO-PENSKE is what the penske trucks actually say on the back of them. Look closely for it and you can see it. Great video Evan, great songs, great shreds, and you rarely get to see 4-square in videos. 10.

I knew that, but together with the fact, that penske is on the screen 50% of that vid it really looks like a penske ad ;)

yeh awesome video... i love videos that are looong heheh despite the ridiculous download size for my poor 56k modem :(
great footage, good variety of angles... lots of Penske is aaaalways good.. music went well with it and the editing at the end was impressive with the picture-in-picture... it was a little confusing to watch 2 shredders at once however

good job Evan, awesome video!.. more Ricky would have been nice tho :)

I have taken this video off of Freedom's server. I'll have it uploaded again sometime soon. I needed to make room for Worlds 04 Semi Routines. Look in the video section...
