Your general thoughts on Worlds 2004

Post by Shredster »

As i have not gone, i will not be posting, but reading. This is the place to discuss worlds 04 and its many excitements.

While reading through footbag.orgs "registration list", where the heck was mulroney??? He was the first shredder i saw on video and the one that ultimately first inspired me!

Mulroney doesn't really play anymore. Didn't he like retire after Worlds 02 or something?

I know, I kicked with him at CSS. I heard from everyone there that he never really plays anymore, except at tournaments. And at those he sometimes doesn't even compete (I heard he showed up to Euros but didn't compete or anything).

Ryan still kicks. He tours Europe living off of footbag persormances in some way or another. The word at worlds is that he is currently in Denmark and did not make worlds because he is saving and preparing for grad school.

Okay enough hijacking of this thread.

It's funny because the stars at footbag are such mysteries.

Like noone knows where Vasek lives. (Except that he lives in Prague, but not the exact house)

Noone knows what Ryan does or in what country he is.

Everyone are talking about them and all these wild rumours are spreading.

Generally, I like it :)
