no, as far as I know it's only xbox and PC. (I have the PC version, by the way)

edited in reply to following post: It plays more like Resident Evil or Half-Life single player than a Doom game, but it's still lots of fun

Right now there's a 4 player deathmatch mode, but already there are some mods coming out, and some people have found ways to allow up to 64 people, but.. Dame.. that would really make things choppy.. my computer specs are:

Athlon XP 3200+
GeForce FX 5900
1 GB dual channel RAM

And the game runs great at high quality at 1024x768 with only a few config tweaks. PM me and I'll let anyone interested know where to DOWNLOAD such DOOM III tweaks

i remember downloading like 20 tweaks for the DOOM3 alpha Leak. and even then i only got about 8 frames per second on it. Hopefully they have better nvidia support now.

I have:
geforce 4 ti 4600
1.14Ghz p3
512mb ram

My computer is horribly bad, but I'm going to see if when I'm at college, I can at least get someone on my hall, or in my suite, to rent the game. I'm really excited to try it out. I read reviews of it on another board.

A friend of mine bought the game a couple days ago. But he failed to notice that you need Windows 2000 or XP to run it. He's on Windows 98. We spent alot of time trying to get 2000/Xp with no luck. I'll just bring him my copy of 2000 sometime next week when I go to my moms for a few days or something. Looks astonishing though!

the game is killer, been playing it for almost a week, got it on the 1st. although i dont have the best of machines (athlon xp 1800+, gf4 ti4200 128mb, and 512mb ram), it runs just fine on medium settings.

try playing in the dark with headphones on.. its so scary i cant play for more than an hour without freaking out and taking a break 8O it's definately a breakthrough game in terms of graphics/sound/extreme horror. anyone whos ever played the doom series will love this game!

I just recently got a new computer for my room. I have a gig of RAM on it, an 80 gig drive, celleron proccessor and everything... I don't know about the video card though. Can anyone educate me about video cards? I was never really sure what they did exactly. How do they help with gaming ?
