Cracky Joints

Post by LinksYs »

I was just wondering if this was a bad thing.
I usually get this all the time but when it's in my knees it makes me wonder so here it goes.
Do any of you have joints that crack a lot. Like when i put my elbows above my head and raise my arm upward i hear
CRACK CRACK
i have this in my wrists and some times my knees
so again do any of you suffer from cracky joints?
do you think this could be a sign of authritise?

someone said this, i forgot who... but:

"if it feels good, do it."

i always found that cracking my joints felt good. i'm just living it up now, because there is no doubt in my mind that i'm gonna have extreme arthitic pains when i'm older.

edit- I woke up this morning with a bump on by my knee in like my quad muscle. any clue b/c i don't have one!? :?: :!:

haha thats why I clicked on this post

As long as you dont crack the same joint over and over all day every day and wear away the cartilage you should be fine. Arthritis happens when you loose most of the cartilage in the joint, so dont fret over random cracks just dont crack it for the sake of cracking it every day.

crack crack crack crack crack ouch. get it?

Well it is 11 10 and my knee is still swollen. I really have no reason why but i'm deffinatley going to the doctor to find out. I was getting my cell phone to day and it got larger and then suddenly smaller. It's so fucking weird i don't understand why or how i got it.

hey LinksYs,
Go an check out a book on Amazon called Super Joints by Pavel Tastuline. My body used to creek alot but now, with a few simple excercises my movement is a whole lot smoother and my body cracks less.

Cracking joints aint that good for you, certainly if it hurts. Check the book out, the guy knows what he's talking about.

peace,
