BME is cool though, a friend of mine is pretty into body mods and I've seen a lot of stuff on there with his account. Some of it is out there, people who see amputating as a form of modding, castrating, getting lots of silicone injected under the skin on your face so your skin stretches into weird shapes, the usual scarification...Out of it stuff.

I'm not into body mods, I have no piercings or tatoos, so I'm not defending a cause, but why would it NOT be possible between two very very compatible donors?

I think it would be completely possible had he, say, replaced an arm, but to just throw an extra one onto his chest? seems fake to me, but I'm open, I guess..

I think it's probably only 73% fake. Sure he's had an arm grafted onto him etc. But are they really the other twins arm? I think more likely the arm belongs to Tupac Shakur.
