double dexing
Alright I can hit pretty much every 2 add I think and three adds that don't involve double dexing, such as butterfly, osis, and flapper. I just can't seem to be able to double dex, anyone have any suggestions about this. I figure just keep practicing, but I thought someone might have something else to say. Thanks for all the help...

I agree. Most double dexes involve a set. exept like datw, switchover, dlo, eggbeater and such but those are downtime dexes which would be much harder for you if you cant hit a double dex. Learn pixie or fairy set then a butterfly or a mirage out of them will give you a very easy double dex. My first 4 and double dex was dimwalk thats easier then smear IMO just practice doing dexes faster so like when you do a legover the bag falls into the stall other than having the stall right after you dex it. Time will tell and you will get it dont worry.

The easier double dexes usually require some sort of set. If you drill either stepping sets or pixie sets, and drill them well (to where the bag is still on its way up after the set), then the second dex should come easy.
I highly recommend you drill one of the sets above to reach the double dex status
If you need help on one of those sets, remember to first use the search.

Yeah, that's the one I started with. If you keep working on your ATWs, you'll eventually get DATW and terrage and double dex stuff like that! I really like double dex stuff and I used to work on that stuff all the time. Keep working at it, you'll get it!sNale wrote:Maybe you want to start with Pixie Legover the easiest Double Dex move imo

Pixie Ss legover? or pixie legover? I find pixie ss legover much harder to learn than pixie legover...so just in case there was confusion, go for the Pixie OP Legover.Maybe you want to start with Pixie Legover the easiest Double Dex move imo

Whenever there is no indication of which side to hit a component of a
move on, it is considered opposite side.
So - Pixie Butterfly will be a Pixie OP Butterfly. Else you would mention
that it's sameside, i.e. Pixie SS Butterfly.

Yeah, that is the way it "SHOULD" be, but there is still confusion over things like "pixie clipper, pixie op clipper, pixie ss clipper, pixie same clipper"...but in general, if the SS or SAME is not used, its OP side.ebo wrote:Whenever there is no indication of which side to hit a component of a

alright sorry about this guys, but I have one more questions (well actually I'll probably have more then one but oh well). In dimwalk the jobs is this
TOE > SAME IN [DEX] (plant) > OP OUT [DEX] > OP CLIP [XBD] [DEL].
now do I have to plant my leg like it says to, because I find it easier to do it all in one motion, or is the plant just mean I'm allowed to plant my leg?
thanks for the help and all the suggestions...

If you don't plant it becomes a toe ss dada, but they are both double dexes. I would recomend practicing both versions down.

It isn't Toe SS Da Da, because in Da Da 1st dex is downtime (miraging), not pixie. It is Pixie Hoping (?) Butterfly (Pixie Symp Butterfly (but this move isn';t true symposium move). It is move easy to 'refract' it (to make refraction after pixie, not butterfly).

If its all in one motion and there is no plant, I'd say its a dada. I think when people say its all downtime that's to emphisize that its one motion, whereas I usally do dimwalks in two motions, pixie and butterfly.crazydwarf wrote:In dimwalk the jobs is this

I think a downtime dimwalk with no plant is a dada.
If you do a pixie symple butterfly, i consider it a dimwalk, but fancier (maybe)
And the correct name for dimwalk is: Pixie butterfly, therefore, there is one uptime, one downtime, not ssmiragingbutterfly...

Yeah.. If downtime it is Da Da... Crazydwarf - How do you hit this move?
Ps. One motion isn't equal with all dwontime, alle uptime. I can hit Pixie Legover, and Pixie Symple Butterfly in one motion, but with 1st - uptime....

I havn't hit it yet, but it just seems easier. I can get much closer to hitting it than dimwalk. I can't tell for sure but I think I am setting it, jumping with my setting leg, then swinging both legs over it and moving my right leg back to clipper position, I just can't get there fast enough to stall...Crazydwarf - How do you hit this move?

OK I'm pretty excited, I just hit my first Double dex move, thanks for all your help, it was pixie butterfly I think... I couldn't stall it so I kicked it up, but I got the dex's in time. Also, I am kind of close too a Double ATW my foot hit's the ground and the footbag lands on top of it but doesn't stay...
