j-money! man i have to thank you. after that late night jam session we had in my multi 8 and i was trying flurry and you said "think of more as a dlo than a barrage," well my flurry has been so much better. thanks.
your routine to ghost busters was ill. is this the same one?

I also have a question about a move, what is it when merphy catchs the bag in between his thigh an cafe? i have seen this in other vids ( he is the first i saw do it flipside after his strong side) i just want to learn the moves name so i can look up how to do it. Can any one help ?

when you catch the bag between your calf and thigh (right behind your knee), it's usually called a pinch. you should check out Greg Nelson (aka GF Smoothie) bust these back to back, spinning pinches, ducking pinches, anything to a pinch...he rocks at them. it's pretty old skool...but always cool to see for a change from all the stalls. styley. good for routines. oh yeah, you'll also see pete irish throw these in his routines...he catches in between his shoulder blades, then stands up dropping the bag (blindly) right into his pinch. it's fat!

hell ya they look awsome, im gonna work on learning them, looks like catching them is kinda hard, but i think geting the bag out of the move is harder. Looks tricky

The music is called Trashin' the Camp by Phil Collins.
I'm pretty sure it was used for that Disney Tarzan movie. I first heard it when this girl at school used it at a talent thing while using pois (poiing?, those maori things for people not from NZ). It was one of the craziest things at the show, excluding the footbag...

Oh man... I never thought I'd live to see the day that I actually appreciated a Phil Collins song. Oh well. And yeah, I think I've heard it in a Disney movie, but I'm not sure.
