I forgot to mention: Slapping Legover (leggy) and Smudge - and ofcourse those two and all above listed with both sides.

Today I had two solo sessions. First one was at schools sport class (cool, eh? :D). Pretty lame two hours session... Well I hit Nuclear ss Osis (bs), but its an ugly trick. I was wondering though - does it even get paradox?

At evening I went to shred on our yard for about one hour. I got some nice strings and drills.

Blurriest BSOS(both tricks mid-string and guiltless string wich I always want before calling it BSOS. I think I haven't mentioned it yet.) I had to try it a couple of times before I could be sure that both tricks were absolutely clean. So I hit it a couple of time bsos, but wasn't sure if both tricks were clean.

Nucleosis (Nuclear op Osis) (ofcourse bs!) and both sides were first try ever.

Diving Butterfly > Spinning Osis > [repeat]

Phoenix BSOS I'm not sure if I've hit it bsos before so that both tricks were mid-string.

Yeah that's it. Tomorrow we should have a morning session with Felix and Antti (I hope at least - tomorrow is Saturday...)

Felix has been whining (what's that word?) about that I always start the post here by saying "Today we had a pretty lame session ---" wich I noticed true... so I'm not going to do it now.

Today we had a ***** session at the morning with me and Felix. Nothing special - well Felix got 7 unique fearless, but that's nothing, isn't it?
It went something like (as I would remember anything...):
Bigwalk > Janiwalker > Blurry Whirl > Spinning Whirl > Sorpion's Tail > PS Whirl > Tomahawk > Spinning Blender (footed)

At evening we went again shredding, this time Antti joined us too.
Me and Felix had a kinda 'competition' agains ourselves at how many unique ducking/diving/weaving/zulu tricks we can hit.
So, the other one busted one trick with both sides and the other had to do the same, then he got to choose the trick. Here is something we got, but I'm sure I don't remember all of them:

Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu Clipper
Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu Butterfly
Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu Osis
Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu (Paradox/Clip set) Mirage

Spinning Ducking/Diving Clipper
Peeking Ducking/Diving Clipper
Spinning Ducking/Diving Buttrerfly
Spinning Ducking/Diving Osis
Peeking Ducking/Diving Osis
Spinning/Gyro Ducking/Diving (Paradox) Mirage

Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu X-body Rake
Spinning Ducking X-body Rake

Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu (Far/Near) Legover
Diving/Weaving Pickup

Toe set Ducking/Zulu Legover
Toe set Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu (op/ss) Mirage

Even that makes it 90 unique tricks... And we both hit many of then for the first time. And we didn't even hit any Pixie Ducking tricks or Illusions... And tomorrow is a new day... 8)

Antti hit a phat drill:
ATW (i-o) > ATW (o-i) > Pixie > [repeat] > Mirage (drop)

That's about it for today.

Allright, I think i have to update my goals now when I have achieved most of my last time goals.

Some near time goals:
-Improve my flipside and my out-in dexes, both are just piece of crap.
-Get much longer strings. I can´t think myself as a player if I can´t even hit +10 string of tiltless.
-Hit my pixie tircks with flipside, bust Ripwalk, blur and hopefully something spinning stuff.
-Hit Datw o-i with strong, with flip o-i and i-o.
-Bust that eggbeater finally.

Some goals that are far far away in other galaxy: 8)
-Bust Atomsmasher B2B, after seeing Anssi doing it I was immediately (spelling?) like I have to hit it. :!:
-Bust some other neat tricks, nothing particular in mind.

Today I & Felix had a nice 2 hour session. I played a little bit more because before I went to the basketball court, that is nearby, i schooled basics, like atws, mirages, legovers and that sort of things.

My todays highlights were eggbeater (finally) and mirage > legover drill, that I haven´t done before. Also footed ripwalk (again).

...Felix was busting phoenix from every trick you can think of.

I`m thinking of clipper stall right now. :P

Whatever, I`m just jealous that you get to play with Felix regularly. He`s easily one of my favorite shredders, both to watch and to play with.

1.9.

Today Felix and Antti had a session and they forced me to join. Those bastards... :?

An usual one.

I got both (ofcourse bs!) Bigwalks. About time 'cause I've been wathcing Felix doing them for aeons.

Felix was nailing normal (sick...) combos. Well you know - some Fearless stuff and so on...

Antti got his foot on Ripwalk again. He is starting to get tired of that trick I think.

We've been playing a bit but I'm too lazy to write something everytime, so now I'll write as much as I can remember of the last 4 days...

At Friday (or perhaps Thursday) me and Felix were at the end of our session talking some shit... This time about how Americans pronounce the word "Torque" (we were tired).
We Finns pronounce in our language everything how it's written so we do the same in footbag terms when talking to each other. It may sound horrible for those who have english as their mother language - so sue us.
Felix told me that at one evening at this years Worlds he was pronouncing the word like finns do to test if somebody could understand. If I remember right Erik Chan did understand it... So We ended up that Americans pronounce it really funny way... - Then Felix said "well yeah, but watch this!" wich means that he is going to try some big trick but when he says it he doesn't know yet what trick.
And then he busted Surging Ingyro Mirage with first try ever - wich was siiick indeed...

This week Felix has had some ultra sweet tricks on his foot but haven't landed any. What a bastard! I want to write about something!!!

Well I had two small solo sessions today wich were crap. My body is annihilated due to overskooling so I couldn't hit anything...
I got close to some neat torque-tricks, but not even on foot... Boooring...

Today we (me & Felix) had a LAME day. We played about 2 hours.

Felix only busted Big Apple (about 10 times today), Gauntlet, and Marius > ripwalk and some other quite nice stuff. :!:

My day wasn´t so nice. I busted Butterfly > Paradox Mirage > Butterfly > Paradox Mirage(drop), so almost got new nice drill. I also busted that infamous Ripwalk and about 13 contact long string of kickless. (with two toe stalls, both after some 3 add tricks  ) So not so bad day after all.

The weather was not so nice, it was a bit windy and temperature was like 10 celsius degrees.

I also talked with Anssi with messenger and he said he had busted Porque. With both sides of course.

Personally I´m having this little problem, I don´t know should i participate in Finnish Championships to the intermediate. I don´t want to be the guy who drops +30 times  :P

hey Antti u should DEFINITELY compete! any experience you can get at competition, will make it easier later on. At my first competition i was very nervous and stuffed up my whole routine. BUT when i went to my second one, i was much better prepared and not very nervous, and did very well!
so yeh you should compete at the Finnish competition, no matter if you come last or first, its all good experience

and good job with ripwalk and ur runs

13.9.

Today I had a solo session right after school. I was totaly broken as I've been the past week, but this time my legs were totaly devastated. I couldn't hit anything. Pdx Torques and Reapers seemed to be farer than they were before I even had tried them.
My runs sucked so I played around with some wierd stuff. Skooled Flappers (can't say that I skooled them - couldn't get any) and Swirls (I think I even got a couple clean with both sides after millions of tries). Then I proceeded to some sets I've never got (I was bored) I tried Bubba and Scattered set, wich were way too difficoult - I couldn't even get near any tricks from them. Then I tried Blazing set and got Blazing Butterfly on foot with strong side. I didn't try it very much. Got bored, stopped fooling around and wen't to watch TV.

Later at MSN Messenger Antti begged/forced me to shred with him. We went to a "park" near my house. My shred was better than it was on my solo session. We were trying´some sick stuff - most of it we didn't hit tough, but here is something:

Anssi:
Spinning Ducking Clipper > Zulu Clipper > (repeat)
Blazing Butterfly both sides
Symposium Torque both sides --- this one is big for me because I really don't have anykind of superankles.

Antti:
Symposium (leggy) Atomic Toe stall - like Flail as a set.
Tap
Parkwalk
Terrage

Tomorrow we are having a session with Felix, Antti, Juha and me - it should be cool. Juha hasn't been shredding with us for a long time.
