Illusion help

Post by Tommy »

Ok well i've got afew questions. First question is am I doing illusion correctly? i set the bag on a clipper then with my other leg circle the bag in to out. Is that the correct way to do it? If that is, every time I set the bag my leg allways hits it allmost everytime, and when it doesn't it usually just drops without me even circleing the bag. what am i doing wrong?

It sounds like you're doing a clipper set mirage. If you want to practice your illusions, it's usually easier to learn them toe set, instead of clipper set.

Basic Tricks

There are some basic tricks in there, illusion is also shown. After you learn illusion, you can always start doing them clipper set. Make sure when you're doing the motion that you're not just dexing with the end of your toe, make it as deep as possible. (calf - ankle ) if possible, it's good habit.

There is a rhythm with it. It's a fast move to do (somewhat, at least). Set it a bit over knee height and over towards your other leg. Immediately after setting, GET THAT LEG THE FUCK DOWN! That will provide a bit of momentum for the dex that you need to do. After the dex, GET THAT LEG THE FUCK DOWN! You need it there so you don't fall on your face trying to delay it. The delay you need to be steady with. The quicker you dex, the more steady the delay will be.
