All depends on your style. For you that is a completly true statement but my style 6 months ago was almost all arobic(no fast twich muscle).

Yah I was a bloat for a while and I still ain't skinny by footbag/athleat standards. But I have gotten in good enough shape to know it helps.
Can you be good while you're fat, yes. Will you be better in better shape, yes. Is footbag about haveing fun no matter what you do outside of the sport, yes.

does anyone still know how to do research or do they expect people to tell them everythng
use google ... it helps a lot and its not that hard to use
all u had to search is "weight converter"
and dont say ur too lazy, because u werent lazy enough to write a reply
sry if i came out like an ass ... but i dont like how a lot of people expect everything to be given to them.
heres a link to a weight converter http://www.albireo.ch/bodyconverter/

and 92kgs is equal to 203lbs

Zach: here's a tip:
if you want to convert from one unit to another, just go to google and type:

"92 Kilos in pounds"

or "172 centimeters in inches"

or "100 meters in feet"

pretty handy.

I used to be a little podgey about 12 years ago. I stayed 65 kg's for about ten years and I am now a healthy 72/3 kg's. My BMI is where it should be but, I liked being under 70. Anyway, there's more of me now than there ever was.

Would be cool to fight in the under 70kg group again cause from 70 upwards there are some scary individuals about. It matters not, although I do have a slight paunch that has become a life long companion. Would you like to rub the Buddah belly?
