Hey, I was looking for a new pair of shoes tonight... and look what I found at a department store... in the women's section!?
Has anybody played with these? The picture above is of the canvas version, but I bought white leather with dark green trim (all they had in at the time). Mmmmmm.... sexy shoes. I can't wait to try them out. I'll post some more pics later pre and post modded + maybe a review after I've used them for a bit.

Similar performance to the modified leather edition lavers. The main differences are the weight, soles, and insoles. The weight of the shoes is slightly heavier due to the apparently "all rubber" sole... I've found that this offers greater shock absorption. The brisbane's also sport a better insole than the lavers. Since I've started using these shoes my laver shin splints have magically disappeared. Yippee! Overall, I'de say an excellent alternative to lavers... (if you can find em )
