who here likes sonic youth? they are one of my favorite bands....i think they have good songs to shred to...what are your thoughts on them?

I have a Sonic Youth Album my art teacher has lent me, but i havent listened to it yet. I'll listen to it soon and tell you what i think.

I dig Sonic Youth although I don't own as many albums as I should. Day Dream Nation rules while Washing Machine and Dirty are also good.

Tommy, what was the album with Bull in the Heather? I think it was Experimental Jet Set Thrash and no Star or sometihng. I had that on tape ages ago and I completely rated it but it got lost over the years. I'd by that in a flash again...

daydream nation and dirty are my favorite sonic youth albums, my favorite song is teen age riot. but i think bull in the heather was on nyc ghosts and flowers...i could be wrong tho. i just got corporate ghosts (the dvd with all the videos from the past 10 years or so) and its great.

the newest one (sonic nurse) is great, its alot better then afew of the more resent albums theyve put out. i recomend it...its one of those albums that you can just listen to without having to skip songs.
