i have that video saved, it's one of my favorite. It makes me so happy to see how psyched they are about each other and about footbag. it's really a beautiful moment. Makes me smile every time I watch.

One of the Polish guys (ptaku I think?) posted a vid of Hania hitting pixie ducking osis, this was back in March/April, which if I'm not mistaken was before the annual mid year modification of the forum.

I just recently started the ducking concept. So far I can do clipper set ducking clippers and mirages.

Yes Rasmus – spin ducking counts as a set with a duck.

It appears that pixie ducking is pretty common among the female top players. Lise, Mayumi, Hania and Jane can pull it off but I guess that Verana and Tina (our young Swiss talent) would be able to do it too.

Anyways I noticed that Lise is working on her atomics sets and it seems like she will be ducking them soon.

I've been able to do spinning ducking for a while. Pixie ducking I can only hit 'some days' !

I usually try and finish these sets in butterflys as I like the look of that, although osis would probably be an easier finish..! I haven't actually tried to duck my atomic sets, but they are getting higher and higher, so hopefully it will be possible one day...
Also lately I've hit spinning diving moves, I've mostly done spinning diving osis, which is a real fun move....

ashley can duck pixie [EDIT: on both sides] . she could probably come close to ducking stepping too.
