claudia, if you're having trouble with your pixies, try bringing your knee up a lot faster, and keeping the dex a lot smaller. the trick is to get it off your foot really fast and to do a tiny motion to get around it. I think my first double dex was probably butterfly swirl, followed by miraging pickup ending on inside.

the thing you are doing is the thing that was also my first double dex trick and it IS done alot like a dada because I bet that you are doing the trick almost entirely downtime the way you described it.

the straightup jobs calls it a dimwalk but that is without the >> peak indicator.

for it to be a dimwalk the first dex is all uptime and clearly separated (by the rise and fall of the bag) from the second dex which is really just you falling over the bag into butterfly.

hope this helps, richie.

Yeh Mosher I can't really figure out what it is... at the moment it is hard for me to tell what is downtime and what is a set, I mean I know in theory, but it's hard to tell on myself. I should probably video tape it or something... thanks for the help.

You will know if your pixie is uptime, because by the time you have performed the pixie dex, the bag is still rising. The same way you would do a toe set butterfly, that is how a pixie butterfly will feel. First a pixie set (about waist height), then a small pause, then a butterfly.

OK today I think I hit this

Toe Set > Same In > (no plant while) Op. Out > Op Clipper

I don't know if I wrote that right, but to make it clearer my right leg never touched the ground during the trick. I have to questions about this, one is my execution. The bag went more behind my left leg then my left leg going aroung the bag, and I wanted to know if that counts as a dex. Also, I was wondering if I would get a body add for this because, if I understand symposeum correctly I think I do... thanks for all the help you guys...

You hit Pixie Symple Butterfly.
The last dex is counted, but it doesn't get Symposium add.

Try to plant the setting leg after the Pixie set.

heheh yeh Yves can shred like, barefoot better than alot of ppl can shred with shoes on.... Rubberman, Flurry bs, blurry torque and ripped warrior bs 8O

though normally with a move that requires alot of speed and stuff, eg. Smog, i dont count it for myself unless i hit it with shoes on (i can hit it without too much trouble with shoes so i dont worry about barefoot, but its a good example)

Is it good to think of smear as pixie symp mirage or do you guys have better advice? I can't finish it off fast enough. Also, any advice on double legover or other easy double dexes to try first?

I also don't like pixies (especially since I know, that I'm doing them dirty :( ).
But hey, one week ago I hit my first 3 dex-move with a

pixie (ss) double over down (I think I don't have to mention it's ss, as dod implies that and so it is redundant) and
(pixie ss toe barrage but really really 'the'd).

Also hit my first ps whirl today (out of a butterfly)
