I hit today for the first time this move that I call paradox reverse eggbeater (another way to explain would be paradox miraging pickup). Does someone know a better name for it or anything?

I think scrambed eggbeater is more like atomic pickup but done after peak
Toe>Op Out(DEX)>Op In(DEX)>Same Toe(DEL)
not sure of what miraging pickup is called though

Scrambled Eggbeater is a Reverse Eggbeater - Miraging Pickup. Pdx Scrambled Eggbeater would then be a Pdx Miraging Pickup, all downtime. Nick was correct.

Stepping far pickup is called legeater, so it'd make sense to call the trick pdx legeater. Nice work Juha!

wouldn't you say legeater is more like a downtime miraging pickup? that's how I always saw it. stepping far pickup is just that.

anyone with some definitive knowledge want to step up on this one?

Okay guys, thanks for the discussion about the move I hit. I think I can clarify a little bit about it. Here are the jobs for it:

CLIP > SAME IN > OP IN > SAME TOE

and I started exactly the way I would for Paradox double legover, so it really isn't set - I did it more like all in one -motion.

About the name suggestions: I have always thought, that Scrambled eggbeater is TOE > OP OUT > OP IN > SAME TOE. So the first dex being out to in and only the second one in to out. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if that's the case, then this ain't paradox scrambled.

It's also not nuclear since the first dex is in to out and especially because I did it all in one motion.

So the question still remains.. what's the move really called?

For me, it's Paradox Original Egeater. Nice move!

- pixie paradon both sides (woo! new fives!)
- drifter>drifter
- fear bsos
- flip fudge (fudge was always my dream trick, this had eluded me for a while)
- 25 infinities
- 20 alternating toe kicks (shut up, this is huge for me)
- ducking butterfly's both sides (yep, hadn't done them before)
- ducking op toe, bsos

*edit: I just had a session after posting the above stuff. I just hit:
- pdx drifter both sides
- pdx torque both sides
- swirl bsos
- torque bsos

Also I am SO close to about 6 more fives which is thrilling to say the least!

props mosher thats some cool shit, and love the amount of bs.

just had a sweet session with the crew at Highland Park.

I finally figured out spinning, really cleaned it up and hit my first spinning diving clipper. Also hit pixie diving osis.

You're like my favourite player, because you are always getting soooo much better at footbag. And if I like what you're hitting now, I can only imagine what you'll be hitting in a year. Not only that you're really fun to kick with!

Anyway keep schooling, hopefully I can make it to kingston sometime soon.

thanks so much for the support man. the greatest thing in my footbag world (well.. besides my bags, my lavers, my lightning fast dexes, my great hair, the way I look into my eyes and make myself all warm inside) is having good footbag friends that give a crap.

I can't wait for you to come up to kingston. I always walk around and see good shred spots and think "I can't wait to shred here with Johnny when he comes up, that'll rule!".

in order of hitting

spinning simple swirl
far simple swirl
ducking simple swirl
diving simple swirl

and osis > paradox drifter [repeat]
