Well, it's been awhile since I've been in touch with some of these people, but for starters:
-I am a GIS Analyst and Alex is a professional comedy juggler
-Peter Irish is an acupuncturist and Lonn is a computer programmer
-Carol is a ceramic artist and a flight attendant, Eric just finished his masters and is about to start a computer programming career
-I think Tuan does computer stuff and Lisa is a teacher
-Ellis produces/sells footbag videos and is a student (i think) and Caro works part time and studies to be a yoga teacher soon (i think).
-Daryl and Sunny run Freedom Footbags; Daryl used to be a structural design engineer
-Scott works for a family-owned print publishing business and valeria runs her own baby clothing consignment store.
-Joe and Brenda Solonowski own and operate the alternative sports store, Funtastiks.
-Scott Cleere owns and manages Creative Athletics (specializing in K-12 cooperative play assemblies)
-...

Hi Marita,
GIS is an abbreviation for "Geographic Information Systems." Simply put, it is a method to visualize, manipulate, analyze, and display spatial data. A map is a common by-product of GIS, so it requires quite a bit of cartography work as well. I love it, it's fun!

What do you do? job?, student?, ...?

Hi! Wow, that sounds really interesting. I think that is what my "new" uncle does (he just married my aunt). Very cool stuff.

I am a student at the University of Toronto. I just moved here from Winnipeg. Other than being a student, the most recent job I have had is lifeguarding.
