SO worth downloading!
I loved that you had those attempts with, it's nice to see what you would like to hit!
And of course, the music.. Maybe it's just me, but I think it great!
I think, that next time I'll do a routine I'll do it to Mad Caddies, Monkeys..

was that all guiltless?

your style is smoothing out really nicely, i like the way you move.

the ooooonly thing I would mention is that instead of focusing solely on guiltlessness right away maybe spend some more time on getting more 3-add tricks really firmly under your belt so that you can mix up your strings some more.

Really good stuff though, the movie felt fun.

i thought the video was pretty good, but i thought your variety and string length was a bit low. i think you should go back and skool all your 2's and get more solid with your tricks. tom is right about getting more 3's down to increase variety. you may also want to try making your sets all the same height and just generally moving around the bag, instead of pushing the bag to either side. also, maybe do a bit more tricks on your left toe?

i liked the video, but i just wanted to say some stuff that might help.

peace.

Good to see you still have your dance. That's clearly where your power comes from.
