time to bring my blarggggh back to the first page...

aliens set me free, but they stole my dignity. anyway, i am getting alot better at butterflies now. and i can easily throw in a paradox whirl into my run. started schooling double over downs too. i am also not going to be attending worlds. i'm really disappointed, but hopefully next year i wont have a credit card to be paying off. thats about it for now.

had 2 sessions today (i cant do this too many times or i'll die). i got my toe stuff back up to par, and i hit a blurry massacre pretty easily. also worked on furious sets with bryan f. towards the end.

first night back at judo in like a year.
i fought this 180lb brown belt and slammed him hard.
then he threw me on my face, ow. i need to get my
landing recovery back up to normal.

but im pumped for the next practice.
oh and i hit a 28 guiltless run a few days ago with jeremy mirken.
it wasn't my hardest stuff, but i got alot of 4 add toe moves mixed
in with butterflies and stuff.
