sharp pain in foot

Post by shaggster »

the soles of both my feet throb after getting up an walking around, i usually wear lavers, with dr scholls insoles, i am kind of worried about this, it has persisted to hurt for a few weeks. I have even given them a rest of around 6-7 days and they hurt even worse now, i just go back from a sesh and i was only out there about 30 mins tops.

i couldnt even link an infinity out of like 20 trys... i dont know what the fuck is wrong.

has anyone had the same pain?

how are your insoles? Are they still sorta new, or are they worn down, maybe you're just playing without any support. If not, maybe you're not light on your feet.

well one of the lavers biggest draw back is its lack of support. You might want to try a dif shoe. But i've only heard of shin splint complaints. Not the soul hurting. Actually it might be the insole other then the shoe. Do your feet feel tight or squished in the shoes because of the insole? If your feet are crammed, then try playing without the insoles.

Edit: spelling

If it's hurting that badly, I would go see a doctor (podiatrist). It sounds like there might be a hairline fracture or tendon problems. I'm taking a couple of weeks off because my achilles tendons are hurting a lot. If, after the 2 week break, I get the pains again, I'm going straight to the doctor. :P
