I have a pair of Rod Lavers as well as a pair of Converse... I play with both...

I would recommend the Rod Lavers though because the Converse shoes aren't made of mesh... and make stalling harder. And it's more difficult for me to play in the Converse because of that rubbery tip thing on the end of the shoe. I only wear them on a rare occasion to play.

So yeah, just go get another pair of Lavers. It'll be worth it.

i shred all the time and i use my trusty all stars and i never have any probs with stalls.
Also if you want a heavy small sack get a jester.

scratch that guys now that im getting into more complex tricks its getting hard to hit that last stall with the chucks. I would recomend the lavers.
