I really can't give any good advices to Smp Whirls cause I really suck in them...
??
It all depends on which type of symp whirl you are attempting. Toe set symp whirls prove a little harder than clipper set symp whirls. I assume (since most do) you are trying for a clipper set symp whirl.
For those, i don't set the bag very high. When i set the bag, i immediatly jump off my support leg. Its simultaneous. I start dexing immediatly and i do not have to jump very high. Keep your dex low (but make sure to not the it)
For toe set symp whirls, you must set the bag about waist height, and somewhat in the middle of your body (imagine a vertical line going straight down). From there, it is simply just a motion you must get used to.
I, do clipper set symp whirls a little different though in that i like set it about waist high, then do a symp whirl. But you can do an easy clipper symp whirl by setting it very low.
